Admissions Open Houses
We are now accepting inquiries for the 2024-25 academic year.
Stephen Gaynor School provides a rich, rigorous, and nurturing environment in which children with a language based learning difference, such as dyslexia or expressive/receptive language difficulty, can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. We are also able to support students with overlapping attentional or executive functioning challenges (such as ADHD). Stephen Gaynor School students have a strong cognitive profile but often have difficulty with the acquisition of reading and writing skills. Our highly trained and dedicated teachers, specialists, and administrators create a climate of caring where students feel comfortable taking academic risks, secure in the knowledge that their educational journey is accompanied by success.
Open Houses
We welcome you to join us for one of our spring Open Houses! The Early Childhood/Lower School Open House is for parents/guardians of children who will be in pre-K through 5th grade in September 2024; the Lower/Intermediate/Middle School Open House is for parents/guardians of children who will be 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th graders in September 2024. For children who fall in both categories, please choose the option that works best for your schedule. See dates below, and click the link to register!
