  • Gaynor Alumni Inspire the Next Generation of Thespians
    On April 3, the current cast and crew of the upcoming spring musical were treated to a unique experience — a visit from Gaynor alumni who were active participants in the school’s theater program. Moderated by Gaynor faculty Abby Shuppy and Meredith Akins, the goal of the panel was to talk about the alums’ current theater experiences and their past experience in the musicals at Gaynor, and to answer questions from the students participating in this year’s Gaynor musical, The Sound of Music.
  • Internship Program Will Offer Unique Opportunity to Young Alumni
    Over the past several months, Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement Tia Murkison has been working on building the Stephen Gaynor School Alumni Internship Program, which aims to launch in September 2023 with the new school year.
  • Gaynor Alum Ronan Sennott ’19 Shares the Importance of Giving Back at Day of Service Assembly
    On Monday, students learned about the importance of giving back during assemblies in preparation for the school’s upcoming Day of Service on Sunday, January 29. This year, the school is partnering with NYC nonprofit God’s Love We Deliver.
  • Alumni Update: Alex Lee ’98 
    Alex Lee is a Gaynor alumnus from the Class of 1998. He began attending Gaynor in the fall of 1993 and believes that the five years he was able to spend in the “beautiful townhouse with the funky bathrooms” was a tremendous influence on his life. Director of Alumni and Parent Engagement Tia Murkison spoke with Alex to discuss his time at Gaynor and hear more about what he is up to now.
