Summer Camp 2025: Junior Division

Gaynor students in our Lower School participate in a number of educational and enjoyable activities at Summer Camp to reinforce and further their academic skills, while having fun doing a variety of summer activities. Utilizing our Orton-Gillingham trained faculty, children will maintain and advance the reading skills learned during the academic year.

Mornings are spent with our Orton-Gillingham instructors and in activities like arts and crafts and fun science workshops. The afternoons are devoted to movement activities, water play, and more.

To maximize the efficacy of Gaynor’s summer camp program, we recommend that students attend for a minimum of four consecutive weeks. Students registered for fewer than four weeks in the Junior Division will not receive reading instruction.

Registration is available in one-week sessions for two, three, four, five, or six weeks. Campers must register for consecutive weeks. Registration deadline is May 1.

Camp Hours: Monday – Thursday; 8:30 am – 2:30 pm. Friday; 8:30 am– 12:30 pm. Drop-off begins at 8:15 am.

Dates: June 16 – July 25, 2025 (Camp will not be held on Thursday, June 19, and Friday, July 4)

Cost: $1,100 per week; daily lunch included
